I always have at least one pick-up-and-put-down project going at a time -- usually a scrap quilt. I've been working on this one on-and-off for probably 12 years! 😊
I have half finished quilts older than that. I thought when I retired I get inspired and finish them. HA! Just moved on to different projects. It gives me hope though to see your tenacity.
